Fiorentino, superato ampiamente il mezzo secolo, ha un lavoro difficile da descrivere, visto che ne racchiude tanti: ha deciso da tempo di voler fare il moderno Anton Ego, critico gastronomico modello “Ratatouille”, seduto nelle tavole di ristoranti di tutta Italia. Da sempre si occupa anche del vino, che insegna a degustare e lo presenta in eventi pubblici, oltre ad avere insana passione per le arti, che coltiva con passione sfrenata, da quella dell’insegnamento a quella del teatro con incursioni musicali e televisive, senza scordarsi della sua vera attività, professore alla scuola alberghiera e docente in Master Universitari. Organizzatore di eventi gastronomici ad ampio raggio, come i pellegrinaggi a tema alimentare o le session di cuochi che si fanno convincere a partecipare ad eventi imperdibili, riesce, non dormendo quasi mai, ad essere scrittore curioso, cronista del gusto. Ha scelto con gioia di passare le sue giornate a tavola o in cantina, attività che volge con piacere inaudito. Ultima attività messa in ponte è quella di artista performer per eventi legati al vino.

He has chosen with joy to spend his days at the table or in the cellar, an activity that he turns with unheard of pleasure. The last activity bridged is that of artist performer for events related to wine.
