Rossano Boffa

Enotecnico, cresciuto nella cantina di famiglia specializzata in uve Barbera nell’area del Nizza DOCG, è approdato nel 2002 alla Luigi Bosca di Canelli, dove lavora tuttora. Negli anni in Bosca, sta avendo l’opportunità di occuparsi di Enologia a 360°: dall’intero ciclo produttivo (vigneti, vinificazione, spumantizzazione, invecchiamento, infusioni per vermouth, assemblaggi di cocktail aromatizzati, imbottigliamento) alle fasi trasversali (Qualità e Sicurezza alimentare, legislazione, R&D, impianti, infrastrutture, Industria 4.0, laboratorio e, naturalmente, degustazione). Fa parte del consiglio dell’organizzazione per la comunicazione delle conoscenze in Enologia (OICCE) ed è membro delle commissioni d’assaggio per i vini D.O.C e D.O.C.G. presso Valoritalia.

He is a member of the board of the organization for the communication of knowledge in Oenology (OICCE) and is a member of the tasting commissions for D.O.C and D.O.C.G. at Valoritalia.
