Enologo. Svolge l’apprendistato in una azienda a conduzione familiare, per specializzarsi poi successivamente nella produzione di spumante e Champagne, a Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger (comunità partner di Leiwen in Champagne). Degustatore riconosciuto di spumante e Champagne a livello internazionale nei concorsi internazionali OIV. Dal 1999 è membro della Confraternita dello Champagne “Les Chevaliers de l’Arc” a Le Mesnil-eur-Ogre.

Winemaker. He did an apprenticeship in a family business, to later specialize in the production of sparkling wine and Champagne, in Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger (partner community of Leiwen in Champagne). Internationally recognized sparkling wine and Champagne taster in OIV international competitions.
