Jacopo Fanciulli è Italian Wine Ambassador e candidato al Master of Wine; laureato in Comunicazione, possiede un Master in Enologia e Marketing Enologico e un Master in Scienze Gastronomiche e Prodotti di Qualità. È WSET Level 3 & Educator, Sommelier Professionista e Degustatore Ufficiale AIS. È particolarmente attivo nella promozione del vino italiano nel mondo attraverso attività di formazione, comunicazione e consulenza; tra gli obiettivi centrali vi è l’incremento della notorietà dei vini liguri e della cultura del territorio, in Italia e all’estero, obiettivo perseguito anche attraverso progetti e iniziative condivise con la rete Vite in Riviera. Ha collaborato con Vinitaly International come project manager e coordinatore della Vinitaly International Academy, Tasting Coordinator e giudice di 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls. È autore della Jumbo Shrimp Guide to Italian Wine e della Jumbo Shrimp Guide to International Grape Varieties in Italy ed editor di Italian Wine Unplugged 2.0, con contributi per testate di settore. Partecipa come giudice a concorsi internazionali quali International Wine Challenge, Mondial des Vins Extrêmes e Grenaches du Monde e altri.


Jacopo Fanciulli is an Italian Wine Ambassador and Master of Wine candidate. He has a degree in Communication, a Master’s in Oenology and Wine Marketing, and a Master’s in Gastronomic Sciences and Quality Products. He is WSET Level 3 & Educator, Professional Sommelier, and Official AIS Taster. He is particularly active in promoting Italian wine around the world through training, communication, and consulting activities. One of his main goals is to increase awareness of Ligurian wines and the culture of the region, both in Italy and abroad, an objective he pursues through projects and initiatives shared with the Vite in Riviera network. He has collaborated with Vinitaly International as project manager and coordinator of the Vinitaly International Academy, Tasting Coordinator and judge for 5StarWines & Wine Without Walls. He is the author of the Jumbo Shrimp Guide to Italian Wine and the Jumbo Shrimp Guide to International Grape Varieties in Italy and editor of Italian Wine Unplugged 2.0, with contributions to industry publications.
