Mauro Bonutti

Nato e cresciuto in mezzo alle vigne e alle numerose distillerie dell’estremo nordest d’Italia, si forma all’interno dell’ANAG (Associazione Nazionale Assaggiatori GRAPPA E ACQUAVITI) dove diventa docente, relatore e giudice nazionale, specializzandosi poi nel variegato mondo dei distillati mondiali con il diploma internazionale WSET2 SPIRITS e altri Master Specifici. Tra le altre specializzazioni è anche Sakè Sommelier.

Born and raised in the midst of the vineyards and numerous distilleries of the extreme north-east of Italy, he formed within the ANAG (Italian Association of Grappa and Spirits Tasters) where he became a teacher, speaker and national judge, then specializing in the variegated world of world spirits with the WSET2 SPIRITS international diploma and other Specific Masters. Among other specializations is also Sakè Sommelier.
